Promising Legislation on the Horizon

In recent days, government officials have taken steps to stimulate the housing market by pushing for immediate legislation. Just recently, U.S. Senator Johnny Isakson proposed to expand the first-time homebuyer tax credit, in efforts to increase demand and in turn, boost the economy.  Read more here.
